Can anyone give me some nutrition tips?

I am at a healthy weight right now but I don’t eat very healthy. I would like to start exercising 3 times a week and I would like to include more fruits and vegetables in my diet but I work evening shift. I usually eat meals about 11am, 5-6pm if work allows, and then 11pm and I go to bed about 2am and am up at about 10 am. Any tips? I am a student, mom, and phlebotomist so I don’t always have a lot of time to prepare in advance. thanks.
oh and I already eat lots of lean meats-lean ground beef, boneless skinless chicken, etc., but there is probably a bit too much sodium in my diet. I also drink a lot of orange juice and ginger ale during the day.
well i don’t want to diet I just want to eat healthier overall

I have found a very quick and simple way to get extra vegetables into your diet is using stir-fry dishes. Wal-marts has packages of stir fry in 3 varieties, snow peas, asparagus and broccoli. I dice 1 chicken breast real small, cook it & add the vegetables. Takes about 15-20 minutes start to finish. Use Extra Virgin Olive Oil instead of butter or cooking oil. Very healthy.
For variety, you can always add extra items like rice, pasta or anything else to change up the dish. To lower sodium, start rinsing your food prior to cooking. It will help to remove some sodium. Start drinking plenty of water along with juice. If you can’t stand taste of plain water, use the Crystal Light packages of flavors (there are probably about 15-20 to choose from). Only 5 calories & no sugars.
