A nutritious diet for a lactose intolerant youth?

I have to make a presentation for school aimed at nutrition for a lactose intolerant youth. I would like to know what would be a nutritious diet for a lactose intolerant youth?

lactose intolerant youth can get calcium and vitamin d from other foods such as green leafy veggies, goats milk or sheeps milk instead of cows, peanut butter
