What is some nutritious food that requires little effort to prepare?

I’m a college student. I hate spending time making food because I feel it just takes time away from other practical things I could be doing. However, I want to make sure I am eating nutritiously. What could I eat that doesn’t take a lot of time or effort to prepare?

sweet potato just pierce it and bung in the oven for an hour and drizzle it with olive oil or butter or marge

jacket potato put in the oven again for 1 hour and then add tuna mayo or baked beans or butter.

chicken salad sandwich

ham salad sandwich

for the sald you could add cucumber, tomato or lettuce

greek salad, feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, i add lettuce and olive oil dressing

cook a chicken and you can take bits off for dinner whenever you want and have with potatoes or salad or even chips.

or season some chicken wings with bbq sauce or jerk sauce overnight and then eat cold when you want.

cheese on toast is quick and fairly healthy

carot sticks with hummous as a snack

yougurt with apple

everything i ahve said has good fats, protein and carbs. i have made sure all food groups are covered :)
